Dazu wurde ein bestehendes Wohngeb\u00e4ude als Demonstrations- und Versuchsobjekt mit einem neuartigen, besonders effizienten Hybridsystem aus W\u00e4rmepumpentechnologie und Kraft-W\u00e4rme-Kopplung ausgestattet und untersucht, erg\u00e4nzt durch eine dynamische W\u00e4rmelogistik zur Verringerung von Verteilungsverlusten. <\/h6>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:60px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"alignwide has-dm-sans-font-family wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:clamp(0.929em, 0.929rem + ((1vw - 0.2em) * 0.856), 1.4em);\">Intelligente Planung, Optimierung und Steuerung<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"alignwide tw-mt-0 tw-link-hover-underline has-dm-sans-font-family has-medium-font-size wp-block-heading\" style=\"text-transform:none\">Das System wird durch ein neu entwickeltes, allgemein einsetzbares und KI-basiertes Planungs-, Optimierungs- und Steuerungstool im Betrieb geregelt. Die in Echtzeit laufende Nachoptimierung des Systems w\u00e4hrend des Betriebs greift dabei auf reale Monitoringdaten zu.
