Clusters Connect Across Europe
The European Cluster Collaboration Platform (ECCP), on behalf of the European Commission, in collaboration with the City of Regensburg, the Bavarian Ministry of Economic Affairs, Regional Development and Energy and “Bayern Innovativ” organised the „Clusters meet Regions“ event in Regensburg, Germany, on November 26 & 27, 2025.
The event brought together cluster experts, industry leaders and European, national, regional, and local policymakers on a dynamic stage to create synergies and share knowledge on cross-innovation: new and effective ways of working together to make regional innovation ecosystems sustainable, resilient and competitive.
AI x Green Tech
Together with AIR Artificial Intelligence Regensburg, regional start-up Pendura and Energieagentur Regensburg e.V., the Regensburg Center for Artificial Intelligence hosted the AI x Green Tech session, in which sustainable AI use cases from science and industry as well as future trends were presented and discussed with the audience.
AI & Robotics @ building.lab
A significant part of the event was getting to know the regional innovation ecosystems. As part of the programme, the building.lab opened its doors for the international guests and presented them with impressive projects and innovations during a tour.
